Mark Kwiecinski is a goal-oriented Quality System and Regulatory Engineer with nearly 15 years of
diversified experience providing creative and practical solutions to complex governmental and industrial
engineering challenges. Mark is one of the leading Canadian experts on Health Canada (HC) regulations
and government regulatory functioning writ large. He has significant, specific and relevant Cannabis QA
knowledge and has the expertise and ability to meet all portions of the cannabis regulations.
Mark Kwiecinski holds M.Sc. in Experimental Physics from the University of Ottawa, and Bachelor’s Degree in
Biomedical Engineering with a Minor in Physics from the University of Guelph, Canada.
Throughout his career, Mark has obtained several thousand HC approvals for Natural Health Products,
Dietary Supplements, Veterinary Health Products, Medical Devices, OTC Products, Prescription Drugs,
Cosmetics, Cannabis, and Psychedelic Products and Supplemented Foods. In addition, Mark successfully
managed several MDSAP audits.
